A message from Pastor Rick......

I would like to start by saying how delighted I am that you have chosen to check into Bethel Baptist Church. We are a small community church made up of believers who are on a mission to serve God. At Bethel we take our mission very serious in that God has called each and everyone of us to His mission of reaching lost souls for the kingdom of heaven. We understand that we are all sinners, imperfect and are not worthy of the many gifts given freely to us by God. We are sinners saved by grace and therefore inherit the kingdom of God. We are all children of God by grace alone. God called me to preach His word to all people at Bethel. I preach from the New King James Version Bible. God's word, as written, is the complete and final word concerning how we should live our lives and make the daily decisions that need to be made. Man should never add to or take away anything from God's word. It is perfect and complete from Genesis to Revelation. Bethel aligns with the Southern Baptist Convention and we follow their doctrine as being inspired to man by God. Locally, we belong under the umbrella of the South Fork Association led by Rev. Keith Hollar. Bethel is one of many churches who support the SFBA. If you decide to attend Bethel, please come as you are. Our dress code consist of shorts, tee shirts, flip flops, dresses, suits, slacks, or what ever God lays on your heart to wear. We believe that attending church is the most important part. At Bethel, we put God in His true and rightful place. He is the head of everything in His church. Bethel provides many opportunities for you and your family to love, worship, and grow in God's holy word. Please come to a church, any church that you chose and worship God. Please take one thing away from this site. God loves you just as you are. Pastor Rick loves you and Bethel Baptist Church loves you. Have a blessed day in our Lord and Savior.
